Returns The Peaceful Valley Store will replace items damaged during shipping. If you have recieved a damaged item, please contact us immediately at shop@donkeyrescue.org. Backorders We will never intentionally sell an out of stock item, however, it may happen on occasion. If a purchased item is backordered, we will notify you regarding the expected delay. Typically, your item will be restocked and shipped in less than five days.
